Experian continues to invest for growth with two senior appointments within Consumer Information Services

Nottingham, 08 July 2013 - Experian®, the global information services company, today announces two new appointments within its Consumer Information Services business. Andy Wills has been appointed as Director of Data and Mark Hodgkinson has joined as Director of Product. Andy and Mark bring with them invaluable experience in driving business growth through product innovation.

Andy has previously held senior positions at Barclaycard, Capital One Bank and Ernst & Young.  He has a track record of managing complex business functions in financial services organisations with a focus on data, risk and technology. Prior to joining Experian, Andy was Head of Information Management at Barclaycard, where he designed, built and ran Barclaycard’s Information Management function. Before this position, Andy worked as Head of Credit Risk Delivery where he was responsible for Barclaycard’s Credit Risk Office’s change management function and risk decisioning technologies.

Mark’s expertise is focused on leading companies through business change and transformation, and programme planning and delivery.  He joins from Citi bank, where he held the position of Programme Director and was accountable for the development and delivery of core strategic initiatives within the UK holdings arm of Citi.  Prior to this, Mark worked for AVIVA as Head of Change where, following the acquisition of the RAC, he focused on driving operational and technological synergies in order to ensure the overall customer experience was enhanced.
