Experian completes acquisition of additional interest in Serasa

Further to its announcement of 23 October 2012, Experian, the global information services company, is pleased to announce that all conditions regarding the acquisition of a further 29.6% interest in Serasa S.A. (“Serasa”) have been satisfied. The purchase consideration has been paid and the transaction has been completed. Experian’s total holding in Serasa is now 99.6%.
