Nick Evans to lead innovation of lending software and analytics in UK & Ireland

Simon Waller adds Customer Management remit to existing Collections responsibilities

New roles reflect industry ambitions to join up decision making across the customer lifecycle

27 October, Nottingham, UK – Experian®, the global information services company, today announces two promotions within its UK & Ireland business. Nick Evans, formerly Head of Customer Management is promoted to the new role of Product & Propositions Director for Experian Decision Analytics in the UK & Ireland, while Simon Waller, who previously held the role of Head of Collections, broadens his remit to Head of Customer Management & Collections.

In his new role, Nick Evans will lead the development of new analytical tools and software products that will enable clients to make more accurate and relevant decisions at each stage of the customer relationship. Nick has over 20 years experience working in credit and risk for Experian and other financial institutions, including HSBC.

Simon Waller will drive the strategic direction and growth of Experian’s Customer Management business, in addition to his existing Collections responsibilities. Simon has been with Experian since 2008 and has over 20 years’ international senior management experience, having developed credit risk management and consulting services for AMS, Fair Isaac and First Data International.
