Experian Marketing Services hires direct marketing industry veteran Brad Tonyes as vice president of sales for Data Management Services
New York, N.Y., April 13, 2011 — Experian Marketing Services, a leading provider of data, analytics and marketing technologies that help organizations target and engage their customers more effectively across both traditional and digital media, today announced that Brad Tonyes, known for his marketing strategy and sales capabilities, will lead the sales teams for Experian’s Data Management Services group.
With more than 20 years of experience in the direct-marketing industry, Tonyes brings to his new role a solid understanding of the problems faced by many businesses today. His specialty lies in developing and delivering superior products and services that help marketers to bring structure and precision to their multichannel data and to message more effectively.
“Given the proliferation of new technology and media fragmentation, organizations continue to struggle to understand the right mix of what will help them connect to their customers in the most meaningful and impactful way,” Tonyes said. “Experian Marketing Services’ extensive customer intelligence and marketing capabilities, as well as the ongoing investment in our database business, offers clients innovative products and services that provide the predictive insight necessary to deepen customer loyalty and increase profitability.”
Prior to joining Experian Marketing Services, Tonyes held many leadership and strategic development roles within Infogroup and Donnelley Marketing. While at Donnelley, he led the organization through its shift from a traditional marketing service provider to a cross-channel marketing operation.
“Brad’s expertise and ability to easily understand challenges faced by marketers today, combined with his leadership skills, will further strengthen our management team and deliver significant benefits to both Experian Marketing Services and our active client community. The timing is absolutely perfect, as it coincides with the delivery of Experian Marketing Services’ Customer Intelligence Platform,” said Jeff Lundal, senior vice president and general manager of Experian Marketing Services’ Data Management Services group. “We’re very confident in Brad’s ability to help clients improve the success of their marketing campaigns and evolve along the Marketing Sophistication Curve.”
