New York, N.Y., Feb. 4, 2011 — Experian Marketing Services, a leading provider of data, analytics and marketing technologies to help organizations effectively target and engage their customers across both traditional and digital media, today announced that Experian CheetahMail is hosting an interactive discussion on social media and email titled A Match Made for Marketers on Feb. 10 during New York’s Social Media Week at the W Hotel Union Square.

The breakfast event will highlight key trends for 2011 and outline fundamental strategies that combine both email marketing and social media. Industry veteran David Daniels, co-founder of The Relevancy Group, will host an interactive panel discussion with brand leaders Neiman Marcus, COMEDY CENTRAL and Rent the Runway on how email marketers can capitalize on the social media and email convergence online.

“Experian CheetahMail is excited to bring marketers and industry experts together during Social Media Week,” said Rachel Bergman, general manager and senior vice president, Experian CheetahMail. “It’s no longer a question of whether social media will diminish the value of email marketing – the question is how we can use email and social media marketing together to deepen customer loyalty and, most importantly, maximize returns.”

This complimentary event is open to the public. Space is limited, so make sure you reserve a seat by registering now. The event begins promptly at 9:30 a.m. Eastern time, and the session will last until 12 p.m. Eastern time. If you have any questions, please contact us.
