About
Jeff Softley was appointed CEO of Experian North America in January 2025. He joined Experian in 2005 and has held various leadership roles, including his most recent position as Group President of Experian Consumer Services in North America.
Before joining Experian, Jeff gained experience across various industries, including advertising agencies, consumer packaged goods, and Business-to-Business sectors. Data and performance marketing have been consistent themes throughout his career.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Sociology from Marquette University.
