Senior Management

Sir John Peace
Chairman

Sir John Peace is also Chairman of Burberry Group plc and Standard Chartered PLC. From 2000 until 2006, he was Group Chief Executive of the former GUS plc, having been a director of GUS since 1997. Sir John was appointed to the Board on 6 July 2006.

Don Robert
Chief Executive Officer

Don Robert was appointed Chief Executive Officer in February 2005, with responsibility for Experian globally. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Experian North America, having joined Experian from The First American Corporation in 2001. From 1995 to 2001, he held positions with First American and, before that, served as President at Credco, Inc., the largest specialist credit reporting company in the USA, which was acquired by The First American Corporation in 1995. Don began his career with US Bancorp, a multi-state bank holding company, where he held positions of increasing responsibility over 15 years. He graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration. Don is a non-executive director of Compass Group PLC, a director and trustee of the National Education and Employer Partnership Taskforce, a past director of the former GUS plc and a past chairman of the Consumer Data Industry Association. Don was appointed to the Board on 6 July 2006.

Chris Callero
President and Chief Operating Officer

Chris Callero was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of Experian in April 2008. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Experian Americas, having joined Experian in 2002. Prior to joining Experian, Chris spent 27 years at Bank of America, where his roles included Group Executive Vice President in retail banking. He was also Chief Operating Officer at Wink Communications, a leading interactive television company at the time. Chris is a member of the Chancellor's Chief Executive Roundtable at the University of California, Irvine. He also serves in an advisory capacity for the Paul Merage School of Business and the Bren School of Information and Computer Sciences, and is on the Board of Directors for the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Chris was appointed to the Experian plc board on 1 April 2009.

Brian Cassin
Chief Financial Officer

Brian Cassin joined Experian in April 2012 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing 20 years of experience in the corporate financial advisory sector. In his role, Brian is also responsible for Information Security and the Global Project Management Office. Prior to joining Experian, he was at Greenhill & Co., which he joined in 1998 as a founding member of the European business, becoming Managing Director in 2002 and Co-Head of the European business in 2010. Prior to this, Brian worked with Baring Brothers International in London and in New York. He began his career at the London Stock Exchange. Brian is an Irish national and graduated from the University of Dublin, Trinity College, with first class honours in Business Studies. Brian was appointed to the Board on 30 April 2012.

Fabiola Arredondo
Non-Executive Director

Fabiola Arredondo is the Managing Partner of Siempre Holdings, a private investment firm based in the USA, and a non-executive director of Saks, Inc., Rodale, Inc., the World Wildlife Fund and Sesame Workshop. Previously, she held senior operating positions at Yahoo!, the BBC and Bertelsmann AG and non-executive directorships of Bankinter S.A., BOC Group plc and Intelsat Corporation. Fabiola has a BA degree from Stanford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Fabiola was appointed to the Board on 1 January 2007.

Roger Davis
Non-Executive Director

Roger Davis is Chairman of Gem Diamonds Limited and Cabot Credit Management. He is Chairman of Experian’s Remuneration Committee. Roger previously spent some eight years at Barclays, latterly as the Chief Executive Officer of the 45,000 strong UK Banking operation and as a member of the Board of Barclays PLC. Prior to that, he was in investment banking for some ten years in London and in various positions in Asia for Flemings and BZW. Roger was appointed to the Board on 1 January 2007.

Alan Jebson
Non-Executive Director

Alan Jebson is a non-executive director of Vodafone Group plc. He is Chairman of Experian’s Audit Committee. Alan retired in May 2006 as Group Chief Operating Officer of HSBC Holdings plc, a position that included responsibility for IT and Global Resourcing. During a long career with HSBC, he held various positions in IT, including the position of Group Chief Information Officer. His roles included responsibility for HSBC’s international systems, including the consolidation of HSBC and Midland systems following HSBC’s acquisition of Midland Bank in 1993. Alan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Alan was appointed to the Board on 1 January 2007.

Deirdre Mahlan
Non-Executive Director

Deirdre Mahlan has been the Chief Financial Officer of Diageo plc since October 2010. At Diageo, her roles have included Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Diageo North America, Vice President of Finance, Diageo Guinness USA and Head of Tax and Treasury. Deirdre joined Diageo in 2002, when it acquired Joseph Seagram and Sons, Inc., where she held various senior finance positions. Having graduated from New York University with a BS in accounting, she began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and she holds an MBA from Columbia University. Deirdre was appointed to the Board on 1 September 2012.

George Rose
Non-Executive Director

George Rose was Group Finance Director of BAE Systems plc from 1998 to 2011, having previously been Director of Finance and Treasury. He is a non-executive director, and chairs the Audit Committees of, National Grid plc, Genel Energy plc and Laing O'Rourke plc. George is a member of the Industrial Development Advisory Board, which provides advice to the UK's Secretary of State for Business on applications for financial assistance. Prior to BAE Systems, George’s executive career included senior finance positions with Ford, Leyland DAF plc and the Rover Group, and previous non-executive directorships include SAAB AB and Orange plc. He has a degree in business studies from Thames Polytechnic and he is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. George was appointed to the Board on 1 September 2012.

Sir Alan Rudge
Deputy Chairman

Sir Alan Rudge is Chairman of The ERA Foundation Limited and of the Board of Management of the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851. He is Experian’s Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee. Sir Alan was Pro Chancellor of Surrey University until December 2007, a non-executive director of the former GUS plc until October 2006, President of CELTEL International B.V. and a non-executive director of S.E.S.A. AG until March 2005, Special Advisor to General Atlantic Partners until 2004, Chairman of ERA Technology until October 2003, Chairman of WS Atkins until March 2001 and Deputy Chief Executive of BT until November 1997. He has a PhD in Electrical Engineering and is a fellow of the Royal Society and the Royal Academy of Engineering, a past chairman of the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council and a past president of the Institution of Electrical Engineers. Sir Alan was appointed to the Board on 6 September 2006.

Judith Sprieser
Non-Executive Director

Judith Sprieser is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Transora, a technology software and services company. She previously served as Executive Vice President, Food Operations and, before that, as Chief Financial Officer of Sara Lee Corporation. Judith is a non-executive director of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc, Allstate Corporation, InterContinental Exchange, Inc. and Royal Ahold N.V.  She holds BA and MBA degrees from Northwestern University. Judith was appointed to the Board on 1 June 2010.

Paul Walker
Non-Executive Director

Paul Walker was Chief Executive of The Sage Group plc, a worldwide leader in business solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, from 1994 to October 2010. He joined Sage in 1984 as Financial Controller and was appointed as Finance Director in 1987 prior to flotation on the London Stock Exchange. Paul qualified as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young, having graduated from York University with an economics degree. He is non-executive Chairman of Perform Group plc, a non-executive director and Chairman designate of Halma plc, a non-executive director of WANdisco plc, Chair of the Newcastle Science City Partnership and a director of the Entrepreneurs’ Forum. Paul was appointed to the Board on 1 June 2010.

Craig Boundy
Managing Director, Experian UK and Ireland and Sales Effectiveness & Vertical Markets

Craig Boundy joined Experian in November 2011 as Managing Director of Experian UK and Ireland. Additionally, he is responsible for Sales Effectiveness and Vertical Markets globally. Prior to joining Experian, he was CEO of Logica in the UK, having joined Logica in 2008 as CEO Global Operations. Before this, Craig was at Cable & Wireless, where he was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of its business in Europe, US and Asia. Before Cable & Wireless, he was Sales Director and then COO at Energis. His early career was with BT. Craig attended Lancaster University in the UK, graduating in management studies and German.

Charles Brown
Group Company Secretary

Charles Brown joined Experian in October 2006 as Company Secretary. Based in Dublin, Ireland, his responsibilities include corporate governance, statutory and listing rules compliance and reporting, Board support, shareholder services, enterprise risk management and corporate responsibility. Before joining Experian, Charlie was Group Company Secretary at Standard Chartered PLC and was previously Director, Corporate Secretariat at Allied Domecq plc, Head of Secretariat at RMC Group p.l.c. and Assistant Company Secretary at English China Clays plc. Charlie is Secretary to the Experian plc Board and its principal Committees and Experian’s Global Strategic Projects Committee and is a member of Experian’s Group Operating Committee. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and a member of the ICSA's Company Secretaries Forum, the Association for the General Counsel and Company Secretaries of FTSE 100 companies and the CBI Companies Committee.

Chris Clark
Chris Clark
Managing Director, Experian EMEA and Global Technology Services

Chris Clark is Managing Director, Experian EMEA and Global Technology Services. He joined Experian in January 2012 and brings over 20 years’ experience from BT (formerly known as British Telecom), where he held numerous international executive positions, operating across multiple market sectors and regions. In his final role as Managing Director of BT Enterprises, BT Retail’s fastest growing business, Chris was responsible for a global workforce of 3,000 people and revenues of £1bn. He also had overall responsibility for BT’s London 2012 Olympic activities. Chris was previously CEO of BT Ireland, where he played an instrumental role in the company’s rapid growth and, before that, Director of Business Transformation for BT Retail, where he managed a radical two year transformation programme. Chris was educated at Plymouth University in the UK and holds an honours degree in Geography.

Michael DeVico
President, Experian Marketing Services

Michael DeVico is President, Experian Marketing Services and joined Experian in 2007. He is responsible for leading Experian’s Marketing Services global business line. Additionally, he is responsible for the Experian FootFall business. Before joining Experian, Michael was Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President for Zions Bancorporation. In this role, he led the Information Technology, Operations, Cash Management and Customer Service Divisions and developed and implemented corporate-wide strategies and solutions across the Zions enterprise. Michael was previously Chief Executive Officer of Xpede, an Internet technology company focused on the financial services industry. He was also the Executive Vice President and head of the Interactive Banking Division at Bank of America. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from St. John’s University, New York.

Richard Fiddis
Managing Director, Strategic Markets

Richard Fiddis was appointed Managing Director for Strategic Markets following Experian’s listing as a UK FTSE company in 2006 and has responsibility for driving the Group's development in new strategic markets, with a particular focus on India.‪ He was previously Managing Director of UK, Ireland & Northern Europe. Before joining Experian in 1999, Richard was Managing Director of Lorien plc, an IT Consultancy and Services business and European Vice President for Marcam Corporation, a US software and services provider. Prior to that he spent 14 years with IBM, where he progressed to managing its UK Northern Region, before setting up and running an IBM joint venture company. Richard graduated from the University of Sussex and Rochester (USA) and completed a PhD in Biomedical Engineering. He is a Non-Executive Director of Nottingham Building Society and a member of Warwick Business School's MSc Advisory Board.

Rick Gallagher
Group Corporate Strategy & Development Director

Rick Gallagher was appointed Chief Investment Officer and Director of Global Strategy and Development in May 2010, with responsibility for driving Experian’s corporate development and strategy globally. He was previously Managing Director of Experian’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region and, before that, served as Managing Director of Latin America. Prior to this, Rick was Executive Vice President of Strategic Business Development and President of the Fraud Solutions business in Experian North America. Before joining Experian in 2002, Rick held several executive positions within private equity-owned information services companies. He was Vice President of Sales for Interworld Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise commerce software, and held key executive roles at Aurora Electronics, Inc. and the Cerplex Group, Inc. Rick’s career has also featured leadership roles with Strategic Mortgage Services, a business later sold to First American Corporation, and MCI Communications Corporation. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University and a Master of Business Administration from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Joy Griffiths
Global Managing Director, Experian Decision Analytics and CEO Experian Asia Pacific

Joy Griffiths is Global Managing Director, Experian Decision Analytics and CEO of Experian’s Asia Pacific region, including India. Joy joined Experian in July 2011, bringing more than 30 years of international experience in the financial services industry. Before this, Joy was with Lloyds Banking Group, which she joined in 2007 as Managing Director of its mortgage business and Chairman and CEO of Cheltenham & Gloucester plc. In 2009, she was appointed Managing Director of LloydsTSB and Bank of Scotland Community Banks. Before joining LloydsTSB, Joy was an Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and previously spent more than 10 years at Westpac Banking Corporation in a range of senior management positions. Born and educated in New Zealand, Joy holds a MBA degree from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.

Ricardo Loureiro
Ricardo Loureiro
Chairman, Experian Latin America

Ricardo Loureiro was appointed Chairman of Experian Latin America in July 2012. Prior to this appointment, he was Managing Director of Experian Latin America and has also held the positions of Chief Operating Officer of Experian Latin America and President of Consumer Information for Serasa Experian. Ricardo joined Serasa Experian in 1998 as Consumer Products Superintendent. He was previously Director of CSU CardSystem and Director of Credicard (Citibank, Brazil) in such areas as operations, technology, products and sales. Ricardo has a degree in engineering and a post-graduate degree in quality engineering, both from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (USP). He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.

Robert Nelson
Group General Counsel

Robert Nelson is Executive Vice President and General Counsel, with responsibility for overseeing Experian’s Legal, Regulatory Compliance and Government Affairs functions. Before joining Experian in 2002, Robert held several positions of increasing responsibility with Banc One Corporation (now part of JP Morgan Chase), including serving as general counsel of the Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary, Bank One, Texas NA in Dallas, and later as the second ranking legal officer of the Corporation, then headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Before joining Banc One, he served as executive vice president and general counsel of Gill Savings Association in San Antonio, Texas, where he had previously been a practicing attorney advising financial institutions on banking related issues. Robert has a Juris doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law, San Antonio, Texas and a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a past chairman of the Consumer Data Industry Association (CDIA), an industry trade association headquartered in Washington, DC.

Victor Nichols
CEO Experian North America and Experian Consumer Services

Victor Nichols became Chief Executive Officer, Experian North America in January 2010 and is also responsible for Experian’s Consumer Services global business line. Prior to this appointment, Victor was Chief Executive Officer, UK and EMEA, and leader of Experian’s global Marketing Services business. He joined Experian in early 2007 with 27 years of experience in the fields of finance and technology. Victor was previously Chief Information Officer for Wells Fargo & Company and also served as Chief Executive Officer of VICOR, a company delivering advanced corporate receivables management solutions and electronic delivery services globally. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego.

Nadia Ridout-Jamieson
Director of Investor Relations & Communications

Nadia Ridout-Jamieson was appointed Director of Investor Relations and Communications in June 2007. She joined Experian in August 2006, following ten years in the investment banking industry, where she was a sell-side media analyst covering stocks in the marketing services, professional publishing and consumer media industries. Nadia started her career at Cazenove, before moving on to Lehman Brothers where she was part of the top ranking media research team. She studied chemistry at the University of Wales, College of Cardiff, and holds a PhD in surface science from Cambridge University.

Mark Wells
Group Human Resources Director

Mark Wells joined Experian in April 2006 as Group HR Director. He is responsible for Board and executive remuneration, reward strategy, succession and talent management, organisational design, pensions and capability development across the global HR function. Before joining Experian, Mark worked for Barclays PLC in a variety of senior human resources roles for seven years and, prior to this, for BG Group and British Gas. He has a Masters degree in Strategic Human Resource Management, is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and is a former lay member of the Employment Tribunal for England and Wales.

Kerry Williams
President, Global Credit Services and Experian Latin America

Kerry Williams is President, Experian Credit Services and Experian Latin America. He previously served as Group President of the Credit Services and Decision Analytics Group, Experian North America. Kerry has a broad background in the financial services industry and, prior to joining Experian in January 2003, served for three years as president of ERisk Holdings Incorporated, an enterprise-wide risk management company. He was previously with Bank of America for five years as a senior vice president/general manager, where he formed and built the commercial credit card business. Before this, he held a number of senior management positions at Wells Fargo Bank during an eight-year span, including leadership positions within the bank’s consumer credit, mortgage and cash management areas. Kerry is a member of the board of directors for the Institute for Intergovernmental Research, a consulting and technical assistance firm in the law enforcement arena. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration degree with honours from Arizona State University.
